Terms of Service

Effective from January 1, 2026.

1. About the service

J-FLO Pinterest Publisher is an internal web service of ООО «J-FLO» (бренд Fiesta by JFLO), designed for managing our own Pinterest account @RuJFLO. The service does not offer public services and has no open registration.

2. Who may access

Access to the admin area (/admin) is permitted only to authorized staff of ООО «J-FLO» (бренд Fiesta by JFLO) who have rights to manage the @RuJFLO Pinterest account.

Public pages (/, /about, /privacy, /terms, /cookies, /contact) are open to everyone for informational purposes.

3. Compliance with Pinterest rules

The service operates within:

• Pinterest Developer Guidelines;
• Pinterest API Terms of Service;
• Pinterest "Terms of Service for Developers".

API usage principles:

• All publishing occurs only in our own ООО «J-FLO» (бренд Fiesta by JFLO) account.
• Content is original commercial photography of our own products.
• Each pin includes a source-attribution link (j-flo.ru).
• Publish rate is no more than 1 pin per 5 minutes (consistent throttling).
• Pinterest API data is not stored beyond the required technical cache.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is". ООО «J-FLO» (бренд Fiesta by JFLO) is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Pinterest API or other external factors affecting operation.
