Privacy Policy
Effective from January 1, 2026.
1. Who we are
The operator of J-FLO Pinterest Publisher is ООО «J-FLO» (бренд Fiesta by JFLO), website j-flo.ru. Contact: support@j-flo.ru.
2. What data we process
The service is an internal tool for managing our own Pinterest account and does not provide public registration. We process the minimum data set needed to operate the service:
- Technical data
- IP address, User-Agent — for security and debugging. Stored in logs no longer than 30 days.
- Pinterest OAuth tokens
- access_token and refresh_token of our own @RuJFLO account. Stored locally in encrypted file storage, never shared with third parties.
- Cookies
- Only technical session cookies needed for OAuth authentication. See the Cookies page.
3. What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect Pinterest end-user personal data.
- We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
- We do not share data with third parties.
- We do not combine Pinterest data with any other source (per Pinterest Developer Guidelines).
4. Use of Pinterest API
Data received from the Pinterest API is used solely for display in the admin panel of the service and for publishing to our own account. In accordance with Pinterest's policies, we do not store pins, boards, profiles or other Pinterest materials beyond the technical cache required for a single session.
5. Retention periods
- OAuth tokens — until access is revoked by the account owner.
- Publish log — kept indefinitely for audit purposes; contains only our own actions (pin id, board id, the text we published).
- Technical logs — up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
Per applicable data protection law (including Russian Federal Law 152-FZ for our domestic users), you may request:
- information about the data we hold about you;
- deletion of your data;
- withdrawal of consent to processing.
Send requests to support@j-flo.ru — we will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at
